A class-action suit against the UFC was reportedly two years in the planning, and was announced at a press conference on Tuesday. Given the aggressive nature of the UFC’s corporate culture, the response on UFC.com was almost unnervingly mild:
The UFC is aware of the action filed today but has not been served, nor has it had the opportunity to review the document. The UFC will vigorously defend itself and its business practices.
