This past weekend saw Cory Sandhagen (15-4 MMA, 8-3 UFC) score an impressive fourth-round TKO over Song Yadong (19-7-1 MMA, 8-2-1 UFC) in the main event of UFC Fight Night 210, but the result didn’t cause much of a ripple in the promotion’s bantamweight rankings.
The only movement at 135 pounds came courtesy of Jose Aldo (31-8 MMA, 13-7 UFC), the former UFC and WEC champ who has elected to retire from MMA after a legendary career. With one spot open, bantamweight prospect Adrian Yanez (16-3 MMA, 5-0 UFC) was added to the top 15 in the latest rankings update.
Yanez actually enters the list at No. 14, sliding past Jack Shore (16-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC), who is now No. 15.
