Serghei Spivac (16-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) impressed in his UFC Fight Night 218 headliner with Derrick Lewis (26-11 MMA, 17-9 UFC), completely dominating the action en route to a first-round submission win. He was rewarded for his effort in the latest official UFC rankings with a move up four slots to settle in at No. 8.

Lewis falls three slots with the setback and now sits at No. 10.

Interestingly, Marcin Tybura (24-7 MMA, 11-6 UFC), who was also victorious at UFC Fight Night 218, actually falls one spot and now sits at No. 11. The man he beat, Blagoy Ivanov (19-5 MMA, 3-4 UFC), stays at No. 15.
