After stepping in on short notice at this past weekend’s UFC on ESPN 42 event and picking up an impressive TKO win, Roman Dolidze (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) has debuted on the latest official UFC rankings at the No. 10 slot.
That puts him just ahead of the man he beat at the event, Jack Hermansson (23-8 MMA, 10-6 UFC), who slides down one spot to No. 9.
With Dolidze’s arrival into the rankings, Darren Till, Andre Muniz, Kelvin Gastelum, Nassourdine Imavov, Dricus Du Plessis and Chris Curtis also slide down one spot, forcing the departure of perennial contender Brad Tavares, who has been a mainstay on the UFC roster for the past 12 years.
