UFC rankings: Mackenzie Dern slides up to No. 7 with decision win over Angela Hill
With her dominant result at UFC Fight Night 224, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace moves up one spot in the official strawweight rankings.
With one of the most impressive performances of her career at this past Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 224 event, Mackenzie Dern has been rewarded with a move up on position in the promotion’s official strawweight rankings.
After downing Angela Hill (15-13 MMA, 10-13 UFC) via clearcut decision, Dern (13-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) passes fellow Brazilian Marina Rodriguez to move up to the No. 7 slot at 115 pounds in the latest rankings update.
Despite the setback, Hill stays firm in her position at No. 14.
