The UFC returns to the United Kingdom in March for its first event across the pond in three years.

UFC president Dana White made the news of the promotion’s return to England official in a statement to ESPN on Wednesday.

“Every time we put on an event in London it’s an unbelievable experience. The fans are incredible, and the fights are always off the charts,” he said. “It’s a different kind of energy in England. And I can’t wait to get back there with a fight card on March 19th.”

UFC Fight Night London set for March 19

There were plans for the organization to hold an event in 2020 before the coronavirus pandemic began. UFC on ESPN+ 5 was a hit in March 2019 during the promotion’s last trip to the UK when Jorge Masvidal stole the show as he knocked out home country superstar Darren Till in the second round of their main event clash.

This is the twelfth time that the promotion has had an event emanating from the UK. The March 19 card is expected to take place in the O2 Arena in London. You can find a rundown of the official and unofficial bouts expected to take place at the event below.
