UFC Fight Night 79 medical suspensions

Today the UFC released the suspension information directly to mixedmartialarts.com for last weekend’s UFC Fight Night in Seoul, South Korea.

As there is no sanctioning organization in South Korea for mixed martial arts, the UFC acts as it’s own governing body and provides the suspensions to MMA LLC, which acts as the record and suspension keeper for the Association of Boxing Commissions.

Dom Steele: 7 day mandatory rest period

Dong Hyun Kim: 180 days or cleared by ENT for nasal fracture

Marco Beltran: 7 day mandatory rest period

Ning Guangyou: 30 days no fight, 21 days no contact

Fredy Serran?o: 7 day mandatory rest period

Zhuikui Yao: 180 days or cleared by ortho for right elbow fracture

Cortney Casey: 30 days no fight, 21 days no contact

Seohee Ham: 30 days no fight, 21 days no contact

Leo Kuntz: 30 days no fight, 21 days no contact

Hyun Bang: 180 days or cleared by nasal x-ray

Mike De la Torre: 30 days no fight, 21 days no contact

Yui Chul Nam: 45 days no fight, 30 days no contact

Yui Chul Nam: 180 days or cleared by maxillafacial specialist

Jake Collier: 45 days no fight, 30 days no contact

Dongi Yang: 180 days or cleared by ortho. for left knee and left thigh

Sam Sicilia: 45 days no fight, 30 days no contact
