LAS VEGAS – Colby Covington (16-3 MMA, 11-3 UFC) and Jorge Masvidal (35-15 MMA, 12-8 UFC) stood face-to-face for the final time before the two bitter rivals step into a cage to settle their differences once and for all.

Well, not quite face-to-face, as UFC president Dana White was there to make sure they didn’t come close enough to make contact ahead of the grudge match.

The staredown took place at today’s UFC 272 ceremonial weigh-ins at T-Mobile Arena, which also hosts Saturday’s card. The evening’s featured bouts stream live on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
