Hendo: “Don’t kiss me.”

Bisping: “Don’t worry pal, I’m going to kiss you with this. (makes fist) … You’re a little soft there Dan. Do a few situps mate. … This stays right here pal.” (points to belt)

Hendo: “They’ll give me a new one.”

Bisping: “Good one!”

UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping and challenger Dan Henderson play to the fans at open workouts. Later that night, opponents Gegard Mousasi and Vitor Belfort both tempt themselves at very different stores.

On Thursday, all the guys make their way to Media Day to take questions and face off with their opponents.
