UFC 189 World Tour Embedded, Episode 4 & 5
These episodes goes from Vegas to LA and ships up to Boston as Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo reach the halfway point of their the UFC 189 World Tour.
Embedded is, well, embedded as Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo make a world tour of ten cities in twelve days, to promote UFC 189 on July 11. The UFC is spending more to promote UFC 189 than any event in league history.
This episode goes from Vegas to LA as Conor works out, Aldo goes shopping, and both men meet mayor Carolyn Goodman.
Both men movingly discuss training. McGregor says he doesn’t have a wife and children, training is all he has, and he’s going to send Aldo back to his family. Aldo relates that his mother left the family and he was raised by his father, and all the training is in support of his father, and kept him alive on the streets.
At the end you can only hope that the best man wins on July 11.
