UFC 179 took place on October 25th in Rio De Janeiro Brazil and the Comissao Atletica Brasileria de MMA today released a statement with the results of drug testing:

In a prepared statement obtained by MMAjunkie, CABMMA said all competitors were tested for performance-enhancers and drugs of abuse. Additionally, the event’s main and co-main event bouts – featherweight champ Jose Aldo vs. Chad Mendes and Phil Davis vs. Glover Teixeira, respectively – were tested for human growth-hormone and erythropoietin (EPO).
