UFC 170: For first time main event and co-main are all undefeated
Both the UFC 170 main event and the co-main have fighters who are all undefeated -Ronda Rousey, Sara McMann, Daniel Cormier, and Patrick Cummins.
It is really tough to win a fight in mixed martial arts. It takes a lot of training and courage, and half the fighters lose every fight. The pro ranks make the amateurs look like, well, amateurs. And by the time a pro hits the UFC, the fights are against the best fighters on the face of the earth.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto has pointed out that for the first time in memory, both the UFC 170 main event and the co-main have fighters who are each undefeated:
Ronda Rousey (8-0)
Sara McMann (7-0)
Daniel Cormier (13-0)
Patrick Cummins (4-0)
The sport is not getting any easier, either, so this could be the last time it ever happens, too.
