It begins like a typical WorldStar video, except in landscape. Two guys on the street are squaring up to fight.
However, in moments it’s clear that this is an amiable drunken Dublin pantomime of Conor McGregor fighting. There is a little Neo Footwork, a double leg, and a crane kick, as seen through a pint glass or three.
Then one of the onlooking Dee Devlin’s to the twin Conor McGregor’s gets into the action too, with a kick.

And Dee 2 is joined in the soccer kicking by McGregor 3. At a glance, say from the passenger side of an Escalade driving past, it looks like a man and a woman kicking another man on the ground. That’s worth slowing down for.
The Escalade stops. Bad Christmas Sweater Conor walks over to the vehicle. There is momentary silence, and then an outburst of a laughter and recognition – THAT’S CONOR IN THE BIG CAR.
The group shares a few words and then Conor and crew move on.
A few years ago, this would be one of the less believed stories at the bar.
“I used to be the Special Forces, but don’t want to talk about it …,” mutters Darragh for the third time that hour. That finally gets a retort.
“Yah well ye bleedin dooope ya, Seamus and I were messing about in front of The Brazen Head pretending to be Conor McGregor and, well, who should pull over and talk to us but Conor McGregor himself!? Ah it was rapid, man.”
Except of course now everyone has a smartphone, so not only is it true, but the whole world knows too – video has been retweeted tens of thousands of times.
