There are zombies, and smart zombies, and speed zombies, and now we have an injured zombie.
Following his loss to Jose Aldo at UFC 163, Chan Sung Jung (AKA TKZ, AKA The Korean Zombie) underwent surgery for a dislocated right shoulder and broken orbital bone. The fight ended when TKZ disclocated his shoulder, and was unable to continue.
The fight was Jung’s first since May of 2012, and followed surgery on his left shoulder.
“Most likely, he’ll be out a year,” manager Brian Rhee told MMAFighting.com, “but that depends on how rehab goes.”
