ONE Championship’s 2021 all-female fight card – “ONE: Empower” – was a landmark event for women’s MMA, as it put the women of ONE front and center for a full event.
At ONE Fight Night 14 on Prime Video on Friday, September 29, some of the world’s best female talent will fill the top slots of the lineup again and bring intense action across four disciplines inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Though the world’s largest martial arts organization has grown and evolved its women’s ranks since that historic night almost two years ago, three MMA stalwarts from the “ONE: Empower” card will compete again on September 29 – and here’s a breakdown of who they are.

Stamp Fairtex
Stamp Fairtex is one of the most recognizable athletes in martial arts today.
The Thai megastar has garnered a huge global following thanks to her multi-discipline heroics inside the ONE circle, and her undeniable charisma outside of it.
At “ONE: Empower,” Stamp avenged an earlier loss to Alyona Rassohyna with a split-decision win, and she has reeled off five more victories since then.
The only loss she has recorded since September 2021 is an unsuccessful world title challenge of atomweight MMA queen Angela Lee last March.
Already a former ONE atomweight world champion in both kickboxing and muay Thai, Stamp will look to become the first athlete ever to claim world titles in three separate disciplines in ONE when she faces Seo Hee Ham for the interim atomweight MMA crown at ONE Fight Night 14.

Seo Hee Ham
Ham has also gone on a tear since making her promotional debut at “ONE: Empower.”
“Hamzzang” won her ONE atomweight world grand prix semifinal against Denice Zamboanga by split decision that night, and she has extended her ONE record to 3-0 between this and then, with a second win against the Filipina superstar and a dominant decision victory over Japanese star Itsuki Hirata at ONE Fight Night 8 this past March.
The South Korean veteran has been a dominant force in women’s MMA for over a decade, and she has shown over the course of her incredible nine-fight win streak that she is the one to beat at atomweight.
Ham will look to cap her much-lauded career with a 26-pound gold belt when she faces Stamp for the ONE interim women’s atomweight MMA world title on September 29.

Xiong Jing Nan
Longtime ONE women’s strawweight MMA world champion Xiong Jing Nan was deservedly the headline act at “ONE: Empower.”
“The Panda” dominated 13-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion Michelle Nicolini over five rounds in the main event, and she has since extended her winning run to four, including dominant victories over Ayaka Miura and Lee.
The Chinese superstar has a unique task on her hands at ONE Fight Night 14. She faces muay Thai and MMA star Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak in a special rules bout that will be contested in four-ounce gloves but will only allow hand strikes.
Xiong will lead the way for women’s martial arts when she competes in the innovative format. The 35-year-old is one of the most ferocious female strikers on the planet, and when she steps in against a 54-fight muay Thai veteran Jaroonsak, there is sure to be fireworks.
