On Friday, June 9, a featherweight MMA dynamo will make his return at “ONE Fight Night 11: Eersel vs. Menshikov” on Prime Video.

Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg (6-3) is set to grace ONE Championship’s global stage for the first time since April 2021 when he locks horns with No. 3-ranked divisional contender Ilya Freymanov (11-2) at the blockbuster event, which airs live in U.S. primetime.

The Mongolian knockout artist made a name for himself with a series of highlight-reel finishes in the promotion’s developmental league, ONE Warrior Series, in 2018 and 2019, and he now has an opportunity to score a crucial win against one of the featherweight division’s best fighters.

Before the 26-year-old makes the walk again, we look back at Shinechagtga’s three craziest finishes in ONE.

1. Ma Jia Wen

Shinechagtga’s victory over China’s Ma Jia Wen at “ONE: A New Tomorrow” in 2020 was his most chaotic yet.

The Mongolian’s power was on full display right from the jump, as he tagged Ma with heavy punches to show he wasn’t interested in a long night.

Less than a minute into the tussle, a hard right hand dropped his Chinese foe as he advanced forward.

Ma was flustered and quickly rushed in to secure a leglock. The only problem was that he was applying the submission to referee Olivier Coste, who had mercifully stepped in to wave off the contest.

Officials had to separate a dazed Ma from “The Boss,” as Shinechagtga celebrated his fourth-straight victory.

2. Akuri Ronda

ONE Warrior Series proved to be a happy hunting ground for Shinechagtga, and he announced himself in style at the second installment of the series in 2018.

Facing Japanese athlete Akuri Ronda, the Mongolian standout showed off his head movement skills while he taunted his foe and unloaded with punches.

With not even 60 seconds gone, a right hand from Shinechagtga tagged Ronda and left him reeling. From there, the debuting dynamo displayed slick footwork to turn the corner, land the finishing blow, and ensure that everyone in attendance remembered his name.

3. Hyun Jin Lee

Shinechagtga put on another clinic at ONE Warrior Series 6 in 2019.

Showing off his Olympic-level boxing against Hyun Jin Lee, the featherweight banger switched to southpaw and froze the South Korean with a powerful left hook early in the opening frame.

It was all elementary after that, as Shinechagtga rushed in and unloaded a volley of lightning-fast shots on his stricken foe, forcing the referee to step in and save Hyun from further punishment before the end of the round.
