‘The Big Bad Wolf’ goes international at Brave 13
Bryan Creighton: “Everyone that comes up against me says they’re going to stand with me, but once I get my hands going that gameplan goes out the window.”

Liverpool’s Bryan Creighton is known locally as ‘The Big Bad Wolf’ for his aggressiveness and never back down style. He hopes to take this form into the international stage as he makes his Brave Combat Federation debut against Andy Young at Brave 13: Europe Evolution, set for June 9, in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The veteran flyweight will have a slot on the main card, and he hopes to entertain the crowd with his walk-out and his fighting style, but guarantees the focus is on extending his win streak to four against a tough Young.
“I had some tough times in my career but I’m back,” said Bryan. “Mentally and physically I’m better than ever before. I’ve been able to put together a nice win streak and the fans can expect a lot of showmanship, a good, entertaining fight and a win for me. I respect Andy Young but I’m going to unleash ‘The Big Bad Wolf’ on him.”
Even though he hails from Liverpool, which relatively close at 250 miles Belfast, Creighton won’t have the home court advantage, as he will be facing a Northern Ireland native. However, Creighton believes he has the edge over Young when comparing their fighting styles.
“I know he likes to entertain the crowd too and I’m happy with that,” said ‘The Big Bad Wolf’. “I want to wait and see if he’ll stand up with me. Everyone that comes up against me says they’re going to stand with me, but once I get my hands going that gameplan goes out the window. I’m aggressive, entertaining, I like to use my walk-out to entertain the crowd as well, using my wolf mask. I always say a happy warrior is a clever warrior.”
“I’m a bantamweight as well so I’ve got my eyes on the main event for my own reasons. I hope to watch a great fight between the champion Stephen Loman and the challenger Frans Mlambo.”
