Top UK lightweight Terry Etim has been added to the card for UFC 112 and will likely be fighting on the preliminary part of the event, Fighters Only has been given to understand. According to a German source, Etim will be facing Denis Siver.
Etim, who represents Liverpool gym Team Kaobon, is coming off a win over Shannon Gugerty at UFC 105 and has now racked up four consecutive wins in the UFC, three of them by second-round submission or stoppage. His overall record in the UFC is 5-2 with both his losses coming by way of decision.
Siver is also coming off a win at UFC 105, a second-round TKO stoppage of Paul Kelly by way of spinning back kick. The stoppage earned Siver the KO of the Night award for that event. A fight with Etim will have a revenge element for Etim as he and Kelly have been friends since their youth and Kelly recently joined Etim at Team Kaobon.
