Miesha Tate recently appeared on the Tiki and Tierney on CBS Sports Radio and talked about her thoughts of fighting Ronda Rousey again and how she thinks the fight will go:

If she thinks she can beat Rousey this time: Oh yea, 100%… I look at the way that Ronda lost and I have to wonder, ‘Is she ever going to come back the same?’ And to me, I don’t think so.

On Rousey’s heart and motivation: Ronda likes things to go the way she wants them to go. It’s awesome when you’re winning and have the world at your fingertips, but now not only does she lose in brutal fashion, but she also wanted Holly to beat me and now that’s not happening, so now I don’t if she’s going to have a whole lot of true motivation coming back. She’s making movies, she’s in love with Travis (Browne) and really interested in having have his kids or whatever”

On Rousey coming back from brutal loss: “Whenever I’ve been down and out, my motivation was to come back and be better, stronger, bigger, faster . . . and I haven’t heard her say that one time. I don’t recognize that comeback warrior. I recognize that ‘I’m in it to win it and if I’m not in it to win it, I’m done. I don’t want to lose and learn from it.’ And that’s not how this sport goes.
