Regardless of Saturday’s outcome at UFC 167, Georges St-Pierre is already known as the greatest welterweight champion in the UFC’s short twenty year history. At only 32 years of age though, many people believe retirement is imminent, but not according to St-Pierre himself:

“Listen, I’ve been asked the same question last three fights. I love my job, I said this the last three fights and I will say the same thing, I don’t know when I’m going to retire. It could be in one week, it could be five years or 10 years. Right now, I’m really happy with what I do. I feel very happy, very motivated and I’m planning my next fight, not my retirement. People who love me, they want me to retire on top. It’s normal. Every time I step inside the Octagon, it’s a big risk and of course they want me to retire on top. But, the truth is, I’m the one who will decide about that. It’s up to me to make that decision. And whatever my decision is, these people that I love and really care about me they will be with me no matter what.”
