Spartacus MMA announces expansion to Thailand, aims to recruit 10,000 fighters
With one venue operational in Brazil, promotion plans new location in Phuket and is looking to users to determine next step.

To date, all professional MMA fighters had the same way to glory: dedicating their life to sports to become professionals, spending their entire savings on camps and travel, eventually winning a row of tournaments – and finally, entering a recognized promotion. This happens to 1 percent of professional fighters. The rest are sitting back to watch. However, this is about to change.
Launched last year, Spartacus MMA has created an aim other promotions have denied is possible – bring the living conditions of all fighters to an equal standard. This is also spectacular since an average promotion employs 200 fighters, Spartacus already has 3,000 registered athletes and keeps growing. According to Spartacus, the plan is to employ 10,000 fighters by the end of the year.
How can this be possible? According to the company’s CEO, Andrey Ilskiy, “We wanted to bring the events to each MMA metropole and eliminate the barriers preventing fighters from reaching their potential.”
In the Spartacus system, fighters can pick their opponents and fight each week. Fights are broadcasted internationally and professionally recognized. Fighters are getting professional traction, followers and donations in no time – all from a mobile app.
After organizing a row of successful events in different parts of the world, the company is now introducing the Spartacus Arena.
Spartacus Arena is the place for fighters of all levels to come and compete with one another. Soon, Spartacus Arena will be hosting events nearly every week, allowing fighters the quickest way to gain professional traction in the world. The first Spartacus Arena made its debut appearance in Sao Paulo, Brazil on August 20 and has already hosted two events.
The next step is to open Spartacus Arenas around the world. The second location after Sao Paolo is planned to be Phuket, Thailand – already a home for hundreds of fighters who train in the regions incredible gyms.
With two Spartacus Arenas, the promotion will host multiple events per week, which has tremendous entertainment potential for everyone.
New locations have not yet been selected, but Spartacus MMA being fighter-oriented lets the users decide. Spartacus Arena location will be determined by where the most registrations come from.
If you are a fighter, a judge, a manager, a commentator, a fan – or even an owner of avenue suitable for hosting MMA events – you can register with Spartacus via the official app for the iPhone in the App Store or on Android at Google Play.
