On his official Twitter feed, the 23-year-old Schilling said he was thankful for the chance to fight in the promotion.
“I’ve officially been cut by the UFC,” Schilling stated. “I am the luckiest guy in the world for the opportunity I was given. Thanks to all of you for the love. Now, time to celebrate the coolest time of my life: the time I got to be a fighter in the UFC!”
