This will be a trilogy for the Canadians. Kaufman beat Davis via TKO in the third in April of 2007. Kaufman beat Davis by majority decision in March of 2011 for StrikeForce.
Davis is coming off a loss to division champion Ronda Rousey at UFC 175 in July. Kaufman is coming off a win over Leslie Smith at TUF Nations Finale: Bisping vs. Kennedy last April.
