Former IFL Heavyweight Champion Roy “Big Country” Nelson and UFC veteran Wes Sims will join Kimbo Slice on the cast for The Ultimate Fighter Season 10: The Heavyweights, a source close to the show confirmed to MMAMadness.com.
The show began filming last week and will premiere on Spike TV on September 16th. This season will feature a cast of all heavyweight fighters and will be coached by former Light Heavyweight Champions Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans.
Nelson (13-4) is a former Heavyweight Champion of the now defunct IFL organization. The heavy handed slugger is known for his knockout power and his deadly submission game. He will enter the reality show with back to back losses to heavyweight contenders Jeff Monson and Andrei Arlovski.
