Today on ESPN’s Sportscenter, Dana White appeared to promote UFC 199, but also fielded questions about Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz, and Ronda Rousey.

It was originally anticipated that Rousey would return to the Octagon in the fall, but now a minor surgery has set back her return to 2017:

I’m hoping we’re going to get Ronda back this year, White told ESPN’s SportsCenter earlier today. She actually just had surgery (on Wednesday) on her knee.
