UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has been more successful with the armbar than any UFC champion has ever been with any single technique. Rousey has ended every fight, amateur and professional, with a single submission – the armbar.

Now one of the men who taught it to her shows how to escape the version she used at UFC 168 to defeat Miesha Tate.

Four-time Olympian , US Olympic coach, and 6th degree black belt in Judo Jimmy Pedro teaches the technique. His uke is two-time Olympian and dual BJJ and Judo black belt Travis Stevens.
