Rory MacDonald showed at UFC 133 why so many people think he’s the best young welterweight in mixed martial arts, winning an absolutely brutal first-round technical knockout victory over Mike Pyle.
MacDonald hit Pyle with a huge left hand on the ground that hurt Pyle so badly that all he could do was roll over and cover himself up. From there MacDonald simply went to town on Pyle, bashing him again and again and again until the referee stopped the fight.
