Rogers out, Hall in, vs. Lobov in TUF 22 Finale
Tat there was inaccurate information on Saul Rogers visa application, so he is barred from entering the US. Ryan Hall was selected to replace him, vs. Ireland’s Artem Lobov.
The 22nd season of The Ultimate Fighter will conclude on Friday with an unexpected finals. In the semis, England’s Saul Rogers submitted MarcinWrzosek, and Ireland’s ArtemLobov knocked out Julian Erosa.
However, on the season finale, UFC president Dana White announced that there was inaccurate information on Rogers’ visa application, and that he was barred from entering the country. White selected a replacement, so the lightweight season finals will now feature Artem Lobov vs. BJJ wizard Ryan Hall.
Lobov too lost during the season, via decision, to Mehdi Baghdad, in the elimination round. However, coach Conor McGregor (call him Mystic Mac) gave Lobov a second chance.
The Finale will also feature other TUF 22 cast members on the undercard:
