“Sonnen is the greatest marketing mind that combat sports has ever known, by a long shot….if he was just a shit talker, I would still love him. Even if he lost every fight. And now…he’s figured out how to finish guys. His triangle that he hit Brian Stann with was a crusher….Chael’s squeeze is so fucking tight that it doesn’t even matter [that Stann was defending the right way]. He’s gorilla strong and mentally tough as fuck. He’s cracked in the past and is tougher because of it. Losing and cracking under pressure makes him more dangerous.
