Rocky loses hair and ink, wins
Raquel Pennington: “Another zap session. So glad these aren’t permanent. Ppl grow and Change as life progresses. Just making a few small changes with the body art.”

Alert UGer Borgata Grille noticed that something looked different about Racquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington on Saturday night, and wondered if the UFC was banning TapouT tattoos?
‘Rocky’ explains what happened on her social network.

Another zap session. So glad these aren’t permanent. Ppl grow and Change as life progresses. Just making a few small changes with the body art.
Ink is not the only thing ‘Rocky’ lost lately.
Pennington beta the odds and Jessica Andrade on Saturday at UFC 191, “avenge touring” a loss via split decision at UFC 171. However, Friday was a day of loss.
It didn’t exactly go how I expected it to, said Pennington to Brent Brookhouse and Ken Hathaway for MMAjunkie. You know, it’s a fight. You can’t really say how it’s going to go. I thought it would end a lot more with my hands. The weight cut was pretty draining for me (on Friday). That played a big part tonight. But, I mean, it’s MMA. I train all around. Just like my last fight with Ashlee Evans-Smith, it was another submission.
You know, when it comes to (cutting weight), your body is going to get drained. This is a crazy physical sport, but it’s where it comes from in here. it takes a lot of heart in this sport. I think that’s what played a big part tonight. I went to desperate measures. I chopped off some of my hair for weight.
And Saturday was Pennington’s birthday. And her father watched her fight for the first day. So congratulations Rocky, from The UnderGround, for a great, great day.
