Luke Rockhold dominated the middleweight champion Chris Weidman at UFC 194 and is now set for a rematch at UFC 199. Rockhold recently spoke to BloodyElbow and he said he was not only confident about the rematch, but believes he will win quicker this time:

Rockhold made a more confident prediction about the event to Bloody Elbow’s Michael Hutchinson.

“Weidman goes down in two [rounds]. I’m putting him away in half the time. I almost feel bad about this next one,” Rockhold said.

Weidman’s head coach Ray Longo recently stated that Weidman fought Rockhold with a broken foot. Rockhold doesn’t think that Weidman’s injuries played a big factor in the outcome.

“I think it’s a joke. They know my situation. I was on antibiotics and I still whopped his ass.”
