Pedro Rizzo is now only weeks away from a showdown with Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko. The Brazilian is a former UFC heavyweight with over 15 years experience competing at the highest level in the sport. At 38 years of age, Rizzo was chosen to be the last opponent for Emelianenko, who announced this bout would serve as his last, choosing to retire after.
Rizzo is on a 3-fight win streak, but hasn’t fought since 2010.
