Rizin Fighting Federation ended the year with a huge double show this weekend in Japan, which conclude it’s Open Weight Grand Prix. The first event took place on December 29th in the evening, and the second event took place on the 31st in the evening.

As the events took place in Japan, the show was broadcast by online stream in the early morning in the United States.

The main event featured Tatsuya Kawajiri back in action in Jpan as he took on super grappler Kron Gracie in a featherweight affair.

-Mirko Cro Cop defeated Amir Aliakbari by TKO (strikes) in round 1.
-Kron Gracie defeated Tatsuya Kawajiri by submission (rear-naked choke) in round 2.
-Erson Yamamoto defeated Hideo Tokoro by submission (armbar) in round 1.
-Rena Kubota defeated Hanna Gujwan by KO (body kick) in round 3.
-Andy Nguyen defeated Miyu Yamamoto by submission (armbar) in round 1.
-Kizaemon Saiga Dillin West by TKO (strikes) in round 1.
-Gabi Garcia defeated Yumiko Hotta by TKO (punches) in round 1.
-Hayato Sakurai defeated Wataru Sakata by TKO (punches) in round 2.
-Mirko Cro Cop defeated Baruto Kaito by TKO (knee to the body and follow up punches) in round 1.
-Amir Aliakbari defeated Valentin Moldavsky by split decision.
-Tenshin Nasukawa defeated Dylan Kawika Oligo by submission (ninja choke) in round 2.
