There are conflicting reports about whether Rashad Evans is forming a new team, or not. Gracie Magazine states definitively that he is:

A new MMA team is born

Former ATT members – big-name athletes like Strikeforce fighter Gesias Cavalcante, UFC rep Jorge Santiago, Danillo Índio and Yuri Villefort – have joined forces with former UFC champion Rashad Evans to form a new MMA team.

Besides the aforementioned fighters, muay thai world champion Cosmo Alexandre and K-1 kickboxer Vitor Miranda have also joined the troop. The team’s doors will also be open for training camps and for the likes of Antonio Pezão to participate.

The grappling coach for the team is Sérgio Babu, who worked for years with the BTT.

However, MMAFighting’s Ariel Helwani reports that Rashad Evans will not be training at a single gym:

Instead of joining a new camp, Rashad Evans has decided to train in several different locations in preparation for his light heavyweight title fight against Jon Jones.

“(Evans) is going to do a private training camp headed by Coach (Mike) Van Arsdale,” Evans manager at Authentic Sports Managemen Glenn Robinson said.

Robinson added that Evans’ camp will officially kick off in “a couple of weeks,” while the light heavyweight showdown between the former training partners is still scheduled to take place in late September or early October.

Evans will work with head coach Mike Van Arsdale in Arizona, he will spend time in South Florida at Imperial Athletics with fighters like Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva and he will also train “up north” in either New York or Montreal.
