Report: McGregor denies demanding to be paid more money for UFC 197
Today Globo is reporting that Conor McGregor has not signed his contract to fight at UFC 197 due to demanding more money, but McGregor is denying that through his manager.

This weekend a rumor surfaced that Conor McGregor and Holly Holm would both defend their titles at UFC 197 in March. There was supposed to be announcement on FOX yesterday during the NFL playoffs, but it never happened. Today Globo is reporting the announcement stalled because McGregor was demanding more money:
According to Globo, the UFC was supposed to announce the main and co-main event of the upcoming Pay-Per-View event in March during the Green Bay Packers vs. Washington Redskins halftime last Sunday, but were forced to delay it because McGregor is yet to sign the fight contract to compete against lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos.
The report also specifically mentioned that McGregor seemingly demanded more money from the promotion, which led to the delay in the announcement.
However, MMAJunkie recently spoke to McGregor’s manager, who denied the report:

McGregor’s manager, @AudieAttar, denies report McGregor is holding up 197 announcement.
