Reagan Penn loses 2nd pro bout, apologizes to fans

Last night Reagan Penn, older brother of UFC lightweight BJ Penn, fought and lost his second professional bout. The older Penn had a lot of hype behind him with his last name, but was stopped by 2-0 Evan Cutts:
