With a dominant, albeit controversial, win over Urijah Faber, UFC bantamweight champion Renan Barao has moved up two spots in the pound for pound rankings.

Barao is now undefeated in twenty eight straight fights, including nine in the UFC/WEC. He has also finished three straight opponents in title defenses.

Although Jose Aldo also defended his title successfully, his inability to finish Ricardo Lamas may or may not have been responsible for him stay in second place behind Jon Jones.
