UFC lightweight and Pembroke product Joe Proctor, coming off the latest submission win in the history of his division, has been booked to face streaking Russian Magomed Mustafaev on one of the biggest UFC cards of the year Dec. 12, the Herald has learned.
Joe Proctor is an Ultimate Fighter live veteran and holds a 4-2 record inside the Octagon. He is coming off an impressive last minute submission of Justin Edwards and will have the cage experience coming into the fight. Mustaev made an impressive UFC debut, stopping Piotr Hallman in the second round by doctor stoppage from a cut and has won eleven straight fights.
