LAS VEGAS – Power Slap, the world’s premier slap fighting promotion, and Monster Energy, the global energy drink icon, today announced a new ground-breaking global marketing partnership. 

Monster Energy will become the first official partner of Power Slap, the world’s first sanctioned and regulated slap fighting organization. Monster Energy will serve as the exclusive “official energy drink of Power Slap” and a flagship sponsor of “Power Slap: Road to the Title,” the new reality series in which Power Slap athletes will compete to earn a spot in the cast house, vie for world recognition and positioning in the first official Power Slap global rankings, and battle for entry in future Power Slap matches. Monster Energy will also be the presenting partner of Power Slap’s first live event.

As the official energy drink of Power Slap, the Monster Energy brand will be prominently featured throughout the “Power Slap: Road to the Title” reality series and Power Slap’s first live event. Brand exposure will be highlighted by placement on the athletes’ official Power Slap kits, which include jerseys, pants and hoodies, as well as by displays on the Power Slap Table, providing the global energy drink icon with high visibility during matches. Monster Energy and Power Slap will also collaborate on social media content that will be distributed through Power Slap’s digital and social channels.

“Power Slap: Road to the Title” will launch on TBS in the United States on Wednesday, January 18 at 10 p.m. ET and 10 p.m. PT. The series will introduce fans to the sport and feature Power Slap athletes competing across multiple weight divisions.
