Pearson (13-5 MMA, 5-2 UFC) won’t lose a fight with Cub Swanson (16-5 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at UFC on FX 4, White said. The fight is scheduled for June 22 at Revel Atlantic City in Atlantic City, N.J.
If anything, the executive is frustrated with Pearson’s choice to drive while allegedly under the influence.
“He’s got 50 guys out there that he’s training with that he could have called,” White said. “He’s got money; he could have taken a taxi. It’s just one of those bad choices you make at that moment.”
