Pay attention to God or else… Belfort will beat you

Vitor Belfort draws great strength from faith, but goes over the top in this video for the North Carolina Elevation megachurch run by Pastor Steve Furtick. Furtick, who lives in a $2,000,000 home, has been accused of being a “preacher profiteer.”

The video is, frankly, baffling.

In it three parishioners fall asleep or check their smartphone, and are summarily yanked from their seats by guards, stuffed into a white van, and then dropped into a cage with “values enforcer” Vitor Belfort.

“The Phenom” who will likely be compared favorably with Daniel Day-Lewis going forward, proceeds to beat the miscreants into greater obedience.
