Overeem tops UFC on FOX 17 payroll

The UFC on FOX 17 Salary report is in, and UFC heavyweight Alistair Overeem was the night’s top earner.

As required by Florida law, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has disclosed the base salaries for every fighter who took part in Saturday’s event.

UFC on FOX 17 took place from the Amway Arena, in Orlando, Florida. In the main event Rafael dos Anjos defended his lightweight world-title by quickly dismantling Donald Cerrone in the first round.

-Valentina Shevchenko ($12,000 + $12,000 = $24,000) def. Sarah Kaufman ($22,000)
