This past week UFC President Dana White confirmed Strikeforce women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has signed with the UFC and will is now the organization’s first female UFC titleholder.
Now, Olympian and submission-grappling standout Sara McMann (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) said she may not be far behind.
“Everyone keeps asking me if I am in the @UFC,” McMann wrote via Twitter. “All I know is that it is ‘in the works.’ Thank you for your support :)”
