Olsen vs. Toughill officially cancelled

The scheduled 145 lb. bout between Shana Olsen (4-0) and Erin Toughill (10-2-1) at Strikeforce: Houston on Aug. 21 has been called off due to problems Toughill was having cutting weight.

Strikeforce Director of Cummunications Mike Afromowitz confirmed the bout cancellation with ProMMAnow.com this afternoon.

Toughill is currently on a four fight win streak, although it has been over a year since she has competed. Her last bout was a unanimous decision win over Emily Thompson at Palace Fighting Championship 13″ in May 2009.
