Official rankings Update 5.26.14: Dillashaw enters p4p

This past weekend’s UFC 173 featured a few meaningful bouts in the rankings and included some big changes in the pound-for-pound rankings.

After each event, the UFC polls various members of the media to update its rankings in each weight division as well as the pound for pound rankings. 

This past weekend’s UFC 173 featured a few meaningful bouts in the rankings and included some big changes in the pound-for-pound rankings:

5 Chris Weidman +1

6 Anthony Pettis +2

Renan Barao was undefeated in 35 fights and ranked third in the pound-for-pound rankings, but after a decisive loss to TJ Dillashaw, dropped to eighth place.

Dillashaw, for all his effort, entered the pound-for-pound discussion in the eleventh spot. Several other fights moved accordingly up or down to make room for Dillashaw.
