The Ultimate Fighter 24 will feature male flyweight fighters, and the show’s tournament winner will earn a title shot at the show’s live finale.
UFC officials today announced the TUF 24 plans.
Tryouts for the show take place April 25 at Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. TUF 24 hopefuls must be between the ages of 21 and 34, have at least three pro fights, and must possess a winning record. The fighters, who will grapple and hit pads during the open tryouts, can apply at UFC.com.
Filming begins in June, and the TUF 24 season debut is slated for Aug. 31 on FOX Sports 1.
