Munoz retirement motivated by his children

And then he will retire from fighting, at the age of 37. He shuttered his Reign Training Center, in Lake Forest. California last month.
In an interview with Brent Brookhouse for MMAjunkie Munoz cited his children, ages 15, 13, 10, and 7 as the reason he is done.
I’m dead set on this being my last fight, said Munoz. It’s a decision I made. For me it’s about my family. These past six years have gone by so fast. My oldest daughter, she’s 15. It’s been a long time (that) I’ve been in the UFC. It’s been six years. Since I’ve been in mixed martial arts it’s been seven years. So pretty much half her life I’ve been competing in mixed martial arts. I’m getting emotional even thinking about the times and special moments I’ve missed with her. I don’t want to make the same mistake with my three younger children.
