Mousasi accuses Machida of PEDs and greasing
Gegard Mousasi: “The guy didn’t look normal for a f***ing 38-year-old, and greased up all the way! He was greased up. Once he sweat, it was greasy.”

Gegard Mousasi shrugged off audience boos on Saturday at UFC Fight Night 84 in London, and he beat Thales Leites by a careful but uninspired unanimous decision.
Anderson Silva wasn’t able to put him away, and he wasn’t such a good fighter back then, so I knew it could go three rounds – but I knew I just needed to fight smart,” said Mousasi afterwards, to MMAjunkie. “I feel like I could fight for a title and I would have a great chance of winning, but I’m not there yet. What can I say? I have to earn it. I think maybe I need another fight before I get that shot.
In a post-fight interview with Ariel Helwani, Mousasi detailed who he wants to fight next, speaking pointedly about Lyoto Machida. “The Dragon” is a karate master, who brings dignity and his entire game to every fight, something that unfortunately cannot be said of Mousasi.
“I would like to fight Michael Bisping, Vitor Belfort … Machida, when he’s not on steroids and he’s not greased up,” said Mousasi, as transcribed by Anton Tabuena for BE. “No, because it’s true. The guy was f***ing greased up, and he looked like a 15-year-old boy when I fought him. Obviously he was in Brazil. He was so f***ing slippery.”
“People now are surely going to say that I’m a bad loser, but the guy didn’t look normal for a f***ing 38-year-old, and greased up all the way! He was greased up. Once he sweat, it was greasy. Even Luke Rockhold said that he was greased up when they fought.”
“He’s a cheater. What can I say? …F*** him!”
Mousasi fought Machida once already, at UFC Fight Night 36 on February 15, 2014 in Jaraguá do Sul, Brazil. Machida won a unanimous decision in the fight of the night.
