Penn hopes to even the score in a rematch woth Ultimate Fighting Championship titleholder Frankie Edgar. The challenger says he’s a different fighters this time, in better shape, better mental condition and better prepared overall.
But the history of relatively quick rematches at the elite level suggests that the first result tends to repeat itself.
