In his new The Comback vlog series Mike ‘Quick’ Swick gives unprecedented full access to his entire fight camp for UFC 189. With 40 days to the weigh in, Swick is pretty cut and 192.8, 22 pounds over the 170 cut off, and heavier than he was when he was fighting at 185.
Swick sprints up a steep hill while dragging a tire, and then takes a visit to the Tiger Kingdom.
